Job Summary
Lead the production team and manage daily operations, including scheduling shifts and vacations, while ensuring quality, safety, and order in the manufacturing area. Plan and control production workflows, organize training on quality and process procedures, and actively participate in ISO and customer audits. Analyze and continuously optimize production processes, drive personnel structure stabilization, and implement measures to qualify the production team. This role offers a leadership position in an established industrial company with opportunities to develop production processes and organizational structures.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
- Verständnis für industrielle chemische Prozesse und verfahrenstechnische Abläufe
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
