Job Summary
Plan and coordinate personnel to ensure smooth production operations, leading and developing a team of approximately 80 employees. Conduct daily progress checks to maintain uninterrupted business, perform and document quality inspections, and analyze workflows to improve efficiency. Manage shift-specific processes in a modern bakery with industrial manufacturing standards while ensuring safety compliance and adhering to legal regulations. The role requires a baker's training, leadership experience, and willingness for shift and weekend work. Located in Bleicherode, this full-time position offers competitive pay including shift allowances and direct overtime payment.
