Job Summary
Lead and develop the production team through regular feedback, clear expectations, and a culture of mutual support and accountability. Plan and steer manufacturing workflows to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining uncompromising quality standards. Manage material replenishment, optimize CNC resource utilization, and oversee personnel, vacation, and capacity planning. Standardize processes, improve efficiency without sacrificing individual instrument character, and maintain the ERP system Ninox for accurate data tracking. Actively engage in production challenges, troubleshoot technical issues, and support hands-on operations when needed. This role combines organizational leadership with direct involvement in the craft of hand-building guitars for world-class artists.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Holzverarbeitung
- Erfahrung im Instrumentenbau, Möbelbau, Holzbau, oder Modellbau
- ausgeprägtes Verständnis für handwerkliche Präzision, hochwertige Materialien und kompromisslose Qualität
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines Produktions- oder Handwerksteams
- Lust darauf, Menschen zu führen, zu fördern und gemeinsam mit ihnen besser zu werden
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- IT-affin
- Arbeiten sicher mit ERP-Systemen
- Interesse daran, digitale Lösungen sinnvoll in den Manufakturalltag zu integrieren
- Gitarren und Musik begeistern
