Job Summary
Implement agreed productivity targets through daily inspections of all production departments. Monitor quality assurance measures, analyze deviations, and initiate corrective actions. Manage staff to ensure effective department utilization and optimize resource consumption for efficient production. Requires a butcher training with master certification, food technologist, or technician background, plus experience in a manufacturing environment and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Full-time role in Berlin with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung zum Fleischer mit Weiterbildung zum Meister, Lebensmitteltechnologen oder Techniker
- Erfahrungen in einem Produktionsunternehmen, gerne aus der Lebensmittelbranche
- Sicherer Umgang in der Anwendung der MS-Standardsoftware sowie ggf. einem ERP-System
