Job Summary
Conduct daily walkthroughs of all production departments and monitor quality assurance measures to implement agreed productivity targets. Analyze deviations and initiate corrective actions while steering staff to ensure effective department utilization. Optimize resource consumption for efficient production operations. Requires a culinary training with Meister or food technologist qualification, relevant industry experience, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Located in a food manufacturing environment offering a full product range from meats to vegetarian snacks.
Required Qualifications
