Job Summary
Produce high-resolution time-resolved microscopy and spectroscopy systems by assembling and precisely adjusting optomechanical components. Document all work thoroughly and execute comprehensive test series on the finished systems. Ensure product performance and reliability through consistent quality assurance procedures. This role is part of the production department at PicoQuant, a team of 120 specialists developing devices for electro-optic measurements.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium im Bereich Physik, Laser- und Optotechnologien oder vergleichbare Qualifikation als Techniker
- praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Justage von optomechanischen Komponenten und Systemen
- grundlegende Kenntnisse in der konfokalen Mikroskopie und Fluoreszenzspektroskopie
- ausgeprägtes funktionsübergreifendes Prozessdenken sowie ein hohes Qualitäts- und Prozessverständnis
- analytisches, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- hohe Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und technisches Verständnis
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf dem Sprachniveau C1
- gute Englischkenntnisse auf dem Niveau B2
