Conduct end-to-end product development for beauty and supplement brands, managing the full lifecycle from concept to online store launch across multiple markets. Observe trends and competitors in DACH, UK, and FR to validate new product ideas through samplings, test charges, and landing page tests. Develop formulations, coordinate with labs and manufacturers, and actively shape the product roadmap while ensuring regulatory compliance by design. Build and maintain a strategic network of laboratories, producers, and raw material suppliers to optimize time-to-market, costs, and quality. Utilize AI workflows to accelerate manufacturer communication and market research. Requires 3+ years in physical product development with proven launch successes, strong e-commerce knowledge, and fluent German and English. Full-time hybrid role in Berlin with up to 30 days of work abroad possible.
