Job Summary
Products Representative for a State Farm Agent Team Member role focused on value-based conversations and outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include educating customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process, working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing applicable products and services. Required Qualifications
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
