Job Summary
Guide and coach auditors within the soil and ground product group while maintaining a 50/50 split between product management and hands-on audit execution. Monitor quality, capacity, and efficient workflow delivery, then translate market developments into new or improved services. Represent Kiwa in negotiations with government bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders, while managing client and external party contacts. Report regularly to the Team Lead for the Soil and Ground unit. This role sits within the Infra and Milieu unit in Rijswijk, where specialists across diverse fields collaborate to support product assessment and certification. The position requires full-time availability between 32 and 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van milieu, duurzaamheid, chemie, procestechnologie of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met projectmanagement en/of het aansturen van werkprocessen
- Kennis van kwaliteitssystemen en certificatieprocessen
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk
- Een beschikbaarheid van 32 tot 40 uur per week
- Een geldig rijbewijs B
