Job Summary
Product Manager for App & Web at CowManager based in Harmelen. Responsible for shaping product direction, validating customer needs, defining problem statements and hypotheses, and guiding solutions from idea through delivery and evaluation. Work closely with design, development, data, support, and commercial teams to deliver impactful app and web enhancements that translate sensor-data insights into actionable improvements for dairy farmers. Based at HQ in Harmelen and operating in a hybrid setup, with emphasis on discovery, validation, and delivering value over sheer feature output.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent level)
- experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Designer in a digital environment
- experience with app and/or web products
- understanding of modern product management, discovery and validation
- strong customer research and stakeholder management
- ability to translate insights into clear product decisions
- clear communication and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- fluency in Dutch and English
