Job Summary
Engineering Productivity Leader accountable for Engineering budget planning and productivity initiatives to maximize efficiency, including budget strategy development, target setting, KPI management, cross-functional collaboration with Nuclear Engineering and finance, and development of dashboards/visual management to identify productivity trends and drive cost reductions. Responsible for translating Nuclear business objectives into productivity actions, leading cross-functional teams, and facilitating consensus with stakeholders to meet organizational goals. Drives Lean initiatives, kaizen events, and continuous improvement to minimize hand-offs and waste, while communicating requirements and outcomes to senior leadership. Must navigate export-controlled information considerations and partner with IT, Sourcing, and other functions to realize savings and optimize engineering productivity across the current year and the following year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business-related discipline from an accredited university or college
- 3+ years of related experience in the industrial sector
