Job Summary
Engineering productivity leadership role focused on budgeting, productivity strategy, and cross-functional execution to maximize engineering productivity and cost efficiency. Lead budget ownership, KPI development, dashboards, headcount/course adjustments, and collaboration with finance and other functions to drive opportunities for cost reductions and productivity improvements. Drive Lean/kaizen initiatives, data-driven decisioning, and effective communication to senior business leaders; requires navigating regulated environments and export-controlled information. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business-related discipline from an accredited university or college
- 3+ years of related experience in the industrial sector.
