Job Summary
Define the strategic framework for the Global Logistics Productivity Program by developing and refining processes, systems, and tools to achieve set targets. Lead cross-functional teams to execute continuous improvement projects while working with stakeholders to generate new project ideas. Monitor global savings projects, tracking committed results, return on investment, and key performance indicators. Maintain Cost Tracking and Trend Analysis tools, Daily Management OpMec for key sites, and develop logistics cost estimates, null budgets, and forecasts to manage global spend. This role reports to the Director, VCP and Projects within Global Distribution Operations, covering the region with 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in operations or project management role
- Bachelor's degree
- Masters or MBA
- Demonstrated ability to assess metrics and situations holistically
- Rigorous data driven problem solver
- Proven track record in delivery of productivity improvements
- 25% travel within region
Desired Qualifications
