Production Worker

Production Worker responsible for operating the production line, removing air from bags, sealing and labeling products, assisting the lead operator during setup, verifying weights, documenting the first bag’s weight, and addressing line issues. Ensures materials are placed correctly, keeps hoppers filled, supports changeovers, and maintains a clean, safe work area while following risk-management practices. Communicates needs to the lead operator to keep the line running, and performs other line-area duties as assigned. Schedule includes 12-hour day or night shifts (7am-7pm), overtime, and a 7-on/7-off pattern within a 14-day rotation. Starting pay is $14.30/hour with an additional $1.25 for off-shift schedules; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, disability, life insurance, holidays, PTO, and personal days.
