Production Worker Temp-to-Hire

Operate basic equipment and tools after training, load and unload materials, and handle items on the manufacturing floor. Follow safety and quality procedures while keeping your work area clean and organized. Work with your team to meet daily production goals and perform physical, repetitive tasks throughout the shift. You will learn new processes and responsibilities in an active, hands-on environment. This Temp-to-Hire role offers 40+ hours per week with overtime potential, transitioning to full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and vacation after the trial period.
