Job Summary
Conduct ingredients prep, mixing, cooking, and final packaging for food products. Monitor and maintain production equipment while performing line QA checks for packaging defects and date codes. Update labels, pack finished goods, and record batch data. Move materials between work areas and ensure cleaning protocols are followed. Read work orders to determine specifications and notify supervisors of maintenance needs. Rotate through first, second, and third shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must lift 50-65 pounds up to four feet high without assistance
- Required to bend, stoop, pull, and push in the performance of job duties
- Environment subject to temperature changes
Desired Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
