Job Summary
Production Team Member responsible for feeding and watering live insects, ensuring their health and growth, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient production area in a fast-paced farm environment. Works both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals, with strong attention to detail and adherence to company guidelines. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate basic tools (box cutter, tape gun) in dusty, hot, humid conditions. Emphasizes care of living organisms, hygiene, and teamwork to support the health and productivity of insect colonies.
Required Qualifications
