Production Worker - Swing Shift

Production Worker / Packaging Operator responsibilities include bagging and baler operations, operating multiple machines (bagging, baler, shrink wrapping, forklift, pallet jack, bag sealer) per safety guidelines, and assisting other production areas. Duties include stacking bags on pallets, labeling and tracking via production reports, and ensuring quality control tags with tonnage and shift details. The role requires reading scales, basic math, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot weight and timing on baler equipment. The position involves lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for about 7 hours daily, and supporting pellet mill start/stop processes. Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
