Job Summary
Live Poultry Line Worker on a fast-paced production line including Sticker, Defeathering, Live Hangers, and Evisceration; perform production-line tasks safely and efficiently, including processing, trimming, deboning, packaging, and inspection of poultry products; ensure products meet specifications and comply with GMP, HACCP, and CFIA requirements; maintain cleanliness and safety, report equipment issues and quality concerns; work cooperatively with teammates and follow company policies; role requires standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and rotating shifts including days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and overtime; cold environment (0–10°C) and handling raw poultry products; prior food processing/manufacturing experience is asset.
