Job Summary
Collaborate with other departments, troubleshoot problems, and make incremental process adjustments while monitoring and reporting quality. Learn to set up new jobs, train on other lines, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Perform all duties as designated by the supervisor, including repetitive tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating a forklift with certification. Work rotating 1st and 2nd shifts with overtime availability, requiring at least one year in a manufacturing environment and the ability to read manufacturing instructions.
