Job Summary
Operate tube and core production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area while performing all designated duties. Monitor and report product quality, troubleshoot problems, and make incremental process adjustments. Collaborate with other departments, assist with setup and training on new jobs or lines, and help out as needed. Perform repetitive duties including lifting up to 50 lbs, operating a forklift, and standing for extended periods. Work the 1st shift with excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime if required.
Required Qualifications
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME IF NEEDED
- Excellent attendance
- Proven record of success in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with various teams
- Good eye to spot defects in the packing line
- Personal hands-on and analytical abilities
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- At least 1 year in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- "Get it done" attitude
- Urgency to resolve problems/tasks
- Ability to easily lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Previously held a Forklift Certification and safely operate a forklift
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Working knowledge of our products and their quality requirements
