Job Summary
Operate press machinery for packaging, perform visual quality inspections, and stack finished products onto pallets. Execute various clean-up tasks, sort parts, and fill in for operators when needed. Perform all other duties as assigned by management. Requires ability to kneel, stoop, crawl, squat, and stand for extended periods while running machinery up to 12 hours, plus lifting up to 50 pounds. This part-time, non-benefits eligible position pays $15.00 per hour plus a 5 percent shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, use decimals and fractions
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Experience using computers, copiers, calculators, scanners, and printers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to kneel, stoop, crawl, squat, and stand for extended periods while running machinery up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
