Job Summary
Production Worker at Archer Meat Snacks responsible for unloading jerky, operating packaging machinery, and tending to equipment on 1st and 2nd shifts to meet a daily throughput goal of 44,000 equivalent bags. Read and verify packaging information, ensure correct lot numbers and product descriptions, maintain food-safety practices per GMPs, and adhere to USDA regulations. Work in a loud environment with temperature ranges of 60–80°F (and up to 160°F for unloading) and wear hearing protection as needed. Must participate in training and communicate issues to management to support safe, efficient production.
