Production Worker

Operate basic machinery and equipment to process wood, stack and sort lumber, and keep the work area clean and organized. Follow safety rules and instructions from supervisors while lifting 50 lbs consistently and standing for the entire shift. This role requires the ability to twist, bend, and kneel, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills within a team environment. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being a plus. No prior experience is needed; we provide on-the-job training. Full-time employment includes a 10-hour or 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with benefits such as health insurance, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
