Job Summary
Work on the production line to build manufactured housing, performing all manual labor in assigned areas to build roofs in a production setting. Read blueprints and orders, use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools, and keep the area neat and clean. Communicate well with coworkers while maintaining safety procedures and understanding operating principles. Weekly pay starting at $20 per hour with 401k, medical, and other benefits. Less than high school education or up to six months related experience required; general construction experience desired. Required Qualifications
- Less than high school education; or up to six-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have general construction experience and knowledge
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
- Must understand safety procedures
- Must have good teamwork skills
- Must live the Champion Operating Principles
- Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen
