Job Summary
Operate bagging equipment to palletize and load trucks with bagged material, ensuring product matches and even weight distribution. Perform forklift and CAT loader operations, hauling materials and conducting pre-start-up checks while maintaining mobile equipment logs. Inspect trucks internally and externally for safety compliance, complete truck checklists, and log all analysis on pick slips. Maintain clean loading areas, empty trash weekly, and assist in mechanical repairs or general plant cleanup. Notify management of material shortages, gradation issues, or unusual equipment noises. Complete daily, weekly, and yearly paperwork as directed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be able to pass the company physical, drug & alcohol screening, and background check
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs
- Twist / bend / stand for long durations
- Frequent walking as you change positions and locations
- Working at heights will vary
- Ability to work in uneven terrain with exposure to varying weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift and front-end loader certification a plus
