Job Summary
Production Worker at Precoat Metals Washington Plant for 24/7 operations. Responsible for retrieving and transporting bare coils, safely operating cranes, forklifts, and upenders; trimming, packaging, and banding finished coils to customer specifications; inspecting coils for defects; reading and interpreting production schedules; identifying proper skids and packaging; recording coil weights and order numbers; loading/unloading coils from trucks. Starting pay is $21.60/hr with potential advancement to operator positions ($28.64–$36.60/hr). Requires high school level reading/writing, ability to read labels/meters/gauges, effective team communication, and ability to use small hand tools.
