Job Summary
Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products per production schedules and specifications; inspect, sort, and pack finished products to meet quality standards; perform quality checks and record measurements to maintain product quality; move raw materials, finished products, and supplies around the plant using material handling equipment; maintain a clean and safe work environment by following SOPs and safety guidelines; report any equipment or safety issues to a supervisor immediately; perform other duties as assigned; may be required to work multiple shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lift and move heavy objects, and operate machinery
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to work multiple shifts if needed
