Job Summary
Operate machine and handle material safely while reading and cutting customer jobs according to specifications. Select and change machine blades safely, and regularly use overhead cranes and all lifting devices. Operate forklift, stand-up, 4D, and sideloaders on a regular basis, understanding controls, feed rates, pinch points, and dangerous zones. Must be able to read a tape measure, sustain continuous movement, and lift up to 75 pounds frequently. Shifts include 2nd Shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm) and 3rd Shift (10:00 pm - 6:00 am) with applicable premiums. Requires ability to stand for more than 6 continuous hours and bend at waist safely. - Must be able to select and change machine blades safely according to blade change procedures
- Must be available for 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (+$2.50/hour premium)
- Must be available for 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am (+$2.00/hour premium)
- Must be able to regularly use overhead cranes and all lifting devices
