Job Summary
Operate and maintain blender and related equipment in a dairy production environment, monitor Kefir flavoring/coloring and follow SOPs for batching, quality, and food-safety compliance; perform pre-operational sanitation inspections and monitor fats, solids, pH, temperature, and viscosity; blend ingredients for Kefir production, troubleshoot equipment, maintain department maintenance schedules, and ensure adherence to SOPs/SSOPs meeting HACCP, FDA, EPA, OSHA, USDA, and WI requirements; complete paperwork and uphold Lifeway policies while supporting multiple shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to six months related experience
