Job Summary
Conduct various trades in a safe, indoor facility while learning in-house training for manufactured home construction. Follow safety procedures and work methodically to build single-family, multi-family, and commercial structures. Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally move over 100 pounds. Perform duties on a Monday-Friday day shift with a starting rate of $16/hour, where overtime may be required. Join the team as a Full-Time Crew Member with access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k plan with company match.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a strong work ethic

- Must understand and follow safety procedures
- Must have good teamwork skills

- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to talk or hear
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must be able to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Experience is a plus
- Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing
- Previous experience in construction related positions
