Production Worker

Production Worker role involving operating pneumatic staplers and nail guns to assemble cabinets and cabinet parts, and running automated and wood-cutting machines for cabinet parts. Must follow safety, quality, and productivity guidelines, report safety hazards or quality non-conformities to a supervisor, and coordinate with the supervisor on repairs to produce product. Primary responsibilities include performing assigned production duties safely and proficiently, and performing other manufacturing tasks as required. The role requires the ability to lift 25 pounds constantly and 50 pounds frequently, read a tape measure, and work in conditions with noise >=85 decibels, wood dust, and potential carbon monoxide exposure.
