Job Summary
Production Worker II capable of performing production tasks across all production areas, following supervisor/lead instructions, and maintaining safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include examining products for conformance to quality standards, operating basic machine tools and sit-down forklifts, lifting/managing materials, maintaining a clean and safe work area, interpreting work instructions, conducting preventative maintenance, and documenting work performed. Collaborates with quality and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement. Emphasis on teamwork, problem solving, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand written instructions
- average proficiency in mathematics
- Ability to prioritize and use time efficiently
- A focus on problem solving and teamwork
- Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Ability to climb up and down ladders up to 15 feet
- Good visual acuity
