Job Summary

Assemble small basic components manually or with jigs to meet production schedules and customer requirements. Operate various machines for component assembly and create single parts for manufacturing. Manually inspect components for defects and pack individual assembled pieces per work order specifications. Pack and label finished work pieces according to work order requirements. Report equipment breakdowns and safety concerns immediately to the lead or supervisor. Adhere strictly to production safety standards. This role requires textile experience with high-volume printers and die-cutting machines, including the Clicker press. Candidates must possess mechanical aptitude and be able to lift up to 40 pounds while sitting for up to eight hours.

Required Qualifications

  • prior production experience in a manufacturing setting
  • solid mechanical aptitude
  • textile experience running high volume printers
  • Experience using Clicker press for die cutting of material
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to sit for up to 8 hours with standard break periods
  • Ability to perform work assignments requiring repetitive motions
  • Ability to work schedule as assigned
