Production Worker I

Assemble materials by hand with focus and hand-eye coordination while operating, tending, and stopping industrial sewing machines to meet performance standards. Maintain a safe, clean environment by complying with procedures and ensuring all parts conform to specifications before documenting actions on production and quality forms. Report visual or audible equipment faults to supervisors and adapt to changing tasks as needed. This role requires two years of production hands-on experience and proficiency in industrial sewing, with preferred familiarity with automated equipment and quality systems. Based in Chandler, AZ, the position supports mission-critical applications in aerospace, defense, and medical markets for a team of approximately 50 employees.
