Production Worker Full Time

Produce, assemble, handle, and package dessert products according to production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards. Operate production equipment, machinery, and tools safely assigned while inspecting products to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with standards. Load, unload, and move racks, containers, ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products throughout the facility, transferring items to and from production areas, coolers, freezers, and storage locations as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times by performing regular cleaning and sanitation tasks, including sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment, and removing trash. Report waste, quality concerns, equipment issues, safety concerns, and time away from the production line to leadership. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, sanitation procedures, and company policies, including required dress code, PPE, hygiene, and allergen-control practices. Meet daily production goals while maintaining food safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
