Job Summary
Assist in production, handling, and movement of products by operating equipment, loading/unloading racks, and moving items in and out of coolers and freezers. Maintain quality standards through product inspection and ensure a clean, safe workspace by performing sanitation duties including sweeping, mopping, and equipment wiping. Follow all safety, food quality, and company policies while working in cold environments and handling allergens like chocolate, wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts. Perform additional duties as assigned and be flexible for overtime, weekends, and holidays. No prior experience required; training provided.

- Willingness to work overtime as needed based on production demands
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Must successfully pass a background check and rapid drug screen
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in cold environments such as coolers and freezers
- Ability to work safely around food allergens including chocolate, wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts
