Job Summary
Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing all assigned manual labor in a fast-moving, consistent manner. Read blueprints and orders, use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools, and maintain a neat, clean work area. Communicate effectively with coworkers while adhering to safety procedures and Champion Operating Principles. Prior experience in manufacturing or modular housing is desired, with a strong work ethic and ability to work methodically. Required Qualifications
- Less than high school education; or up to six-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have general construction experience and knowledge
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically

- Must have good teamwork skills
- Must live the Champion Operating Principles
