Job Summary
Operate sit-down forklift and baler in a recycling-focused facility; maintain inventory records and logs; move inventory to proper locations; follow daily tasks and safety rules; complete sit-down forklift certification; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; starting pay $16/hour; temp-to-hire; pre-employment drug screening and background checks; Deloitte-style equal employment opportunity and E-Verify participation; candidates should be able to work as part of a team and adapt to workload changes; must wear steel-toed boots.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift or similar powered industrial trucks or heavy machinery
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work at a pace required to meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changes or modifications in the way work is done
- Ability to work safely and effectively as a member of a team
- Must be conscientious and pay attention to detail
- Availability to work required shifts and hours
- Steel-toed boots are required
