Job Summary
Perform all manual labor in assigned areas with precise measuring, cutting, and blueprint reading. Operate power tools, hand tools, air tools, electrical tools, and saws while maintaining a neat workspace. Communicate effectively with coworkers and adhere to safety procedures. This role requires standing, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally moving over 100 pounds. Previous experience in manufacturing or modular housing is desired.
