The role requires a high school diploma or GED, lifting capabilities, and a willingness to attend training. Overtime is expected, and workers must adapt to varying shift schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 or older
- Agree to attend and complete training classes provided by the Company
- Demonstrate ability to work comfortably at heights
- Ability to occasionally work in enclosed spaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Willing to work overtime (mandatory and voluntary)
- Willing to work in primarily outdoor environment in all weather
- Willing to work different shifts, including night shift, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to follow all company policies and safety procedures
