Job Summary
Production Worker in Electroplating role performing prep, cleaning, and inspection of parts for plating; operate and monitor electroplating equipment and chemical baths; follow documented procedures and quality checks; maintain a clean, safe work area; handle multiple tasks and prioritize; receive training with no prior electroplating experience required; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand/sit as needed, and work with PPE; shift is 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday with overtime as needed; benefits include full medical/dental/vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and PTO; ITAR/EAR considerations and US work eligibility per listed policies; workplace is drug/safety screened and equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable working around chemicals and PPE
- Basic computer skills
