Job Summary
Production Worker supports multiple production processes in transformer manufacturing, including core stacking, element assembly, and final assembly; assists with loading/unloading ovens and vapor phase equipment; supports crane setup and rigging; uses hand and power tools; helps install transformer components and insulation materials; assists with parts kitting and basic inventory control; maintains safe, clean, and organized work areas; works across shifts (6:00am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-11:00PM, 10:30pm-6:00am) and may perform other duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and at least 2 months of manufacturing/industrial experience or equivalent training; ability to pass background check, drug test, and physical; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; comfortable working in varying environmental conditions; strong teamwork and communication skills.
