Production Worker (Concrete)

Job Summary
Mix and pour concrete, operate machinery like mixers and conveyors, and clean and maintain equipment and work areas. Assist with transporting and placing concrete forms and molds, while loading and unloading materials and supplies. Set up forms in the manufacturing production process and handle heavy construction materials. Follow safety protocols, wear appropriate protective gear, and adhere to quality control standards to ensure high-quality concrete products. Perform any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently, push or pull a cart with 80 pounds of force, and climb stairs and ladders.
Required Qualifications
- Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently

- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
- Must be able to step up 20 inches
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred – Experience working in a manufacturing environment
