Production Worker (Concrete)

Job Summary
Mix and pour concrete, operate machinery including mixers and conveyors, and set up forms for the production of reinforced concrete pipe, box, and bridge products. Clean and maintain equipment, load and unload materials, and assist with the transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds. Handle heavy construction materials, push carts with 80 pounds of force, and climb stairs and ladders while following safety protocols and quality control standards. This role requires reading complex work orders, familiarity with hand and power tools, and the ability to work outdoors. Preferred experience includes manufacturing environments and operating industrial forklifts.
Required Qualifications
- Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently
- Must be able to push or pull cart with 80 pounds of force
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
- Must be able to step up 20 inches
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred – Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Preferred – Experience operating a forklift, especially an industrial forklift
