Production Worker (Concrete)

Job Summary
Mixing and pouring concrete, transferring loads to construction sites, and operating cranes and hoists. Inspect equipment, coordinate with ground operators using hand and verbal signals, and maintain machinery. Load and unload materials, set up forms, and handle heavy construction items while adhering to safety protocols and quality control standards. Keep and update maintenance logs. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds frequently, climb stairs, and read complex work orders. Required Qualifications
- Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Working experience handling different types of cranes
- Previous experience as a crane operator or a similar role
- Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently
- Must be able to push or pull cart with 80 pounds of force
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
- Must be able to step up 20 inches
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred – Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Preferred – Experience operating a forklift, especially an industrial forklift
