Job Summary
Mix and pour concrete, operate machinery such as mixers and conveyors, and clean and maintain equipment and work areas. Assist with transporting and placing concrete forms and molds, while loading and unloading materials and supplies. Set up forms in the manufacturing production process and handle heavy construction materials, adhering to safety protocols and quality control standards. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently and push or pull carts with 80 pounds of force. Requires ability to read work orders, use hand and power tools, and work outdoors. Forklift experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently
- Must be able to push or pull cart with 80 pounds of force
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
- Must be able to step up 20 inches
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred – Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Preferred – Experience operating a forklift, especially an industrial forklift
