Job Summary
Operate machinery such as mixers, ovens, and packaging equipment while weighing, measuring, mixing, kneading, shaping, and baking dough to produce bread, rolls, and other baked goods. Monitor the production process to ensure quality and consistency, perform quality checks on finished products, and package items for distribution including labeling and sealing. Clean and maintain work areas and equipment, follow all safety protocols, and communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate activities. Availability includes any night during the work week, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work any night during the work week, including weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated solid and verifiable work history with minimal or no gaps in employment.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Punctuality and self-discipline are essential attributes.
Desired Qualifications
