Job Summary
Operate machinery and equipment to build electromechanical devices while maintaining quality control and performing a variety of production operations. Set up work areas, obtain materials, and make minor repairs to keep premises clean and orderly. Complete required paperwork and perform different job functions on a rotating basis. This role requires surface mount soldering skills and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly. You must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and join Teamsters Local 853. Starting pay is $23.43, with a shift of 40-hour days Monday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
- Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
- Ability to lift, bend, twist, walk, and reach frequently
- Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing or sitting for long periods of time
- Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. regularly
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
- Must become a member of the Teamsters Local 853 union
- Must pass background and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Surface Mount Soldering skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of previous work experience in a warehouse, Electronic/Manufacturing environment
