Job Summary
Production Worker on 2nd shift responsible for hand packing and stacking boxes on pallets, performing quality checks and labeling, maintaining a clean and safe work area, communicating potential hazards, assisting in other facility areas, and supporting changeovers. Requires High School/GED or 1-2 years related experience; preferred 1 year production experience in a food/beverage environment; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; 2pm-10:30pm shift in Bakersfield, CA; full-time with potential weekends/over-time and rotating days off. Emphasizes teamwork, ability to follow instructions, adaptability to changing schedules, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED or one to two years’ experience in related field or combination of both education and experience
- Aptitude to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- Adept of teamwork and competence to follow instructions
- Capability to use required tools to perform job duties
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules which includes weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- Pro-active mindset with the ability to apply common sense and sound judgement under minimal supervision
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- 1 year of experience in a production environment (preferred)
